Roger manages his law firm, Madon Malin P.C. in New York, specializing in Labor and Employment Law, and serves as a labor arbitrator for the America Arbitration Association. Roger is also founder and president of The American Assosication of Employees and Self-Employed Persons (“AAESEP”) a not-for-profit non-partisan tax exempt organization specifically established to provide benefits and services to employees throughout the United States.
